Prices
The prices we charge are listed on the Website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products and services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
We may (without prior notice) change our services, stop providing our services or create limits for our services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to our services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Cancelation
1/1 lessons plan cancelation - if a student wishes to cancel his/her participation, he/she must notify MEKOme by email (to:gili@mekome-hebrew.com) no less than 7 working days prior to the end of a calendar month. Such cancelation will not affect payment made for current calendar month unless approved otherwise in advance by administrator.

Lesson cancellation - canceled lesson will be rescheduled. Lessons canceled by student less than 24 h prior to their scheduled time, will not be rescheduled or refunded. Monthly payments will not be reduced under any circumstances unless approved otherwise in advance by administrator.

Self-taught digital courses – nonrefundable unless approved otherwise in advance by administrator.

Group lessons and seminars - refunds will only be granted for cancellations made no later than one week (168 hours) prior to the commencement of the initial group lesson.
IP
Our Website contains materials which is owned by or licensed to MEKOme. Reproduction is prohibited and except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Misc.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of Mekome’s Website and any other properties of ours or/and our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
These Terms, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to our services, shall be governed by and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Israel, and any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Israel. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
